Introduction
Barrier Reef Spas UK Limited (The "Company"), Registration Number 5009008, whose registered office address is 88A Tooley St, London Bridge, London SE12TF is marketing its sale consumer goods through the internet and other media channels. For the benefit of both the Company and its customers, the Company has set out the operating Terms and Conditions for sales to customers within the United Kingdom.
Terms and Conditions
- The Company does not manufacture the goods advertised and is assured by the suppliers that the goods are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, details of which may be provided upon request.
- Consumer protection under the laws of England and Wales are applicable.
- All details provided on this website are believed by the Company’s directors to be accurate and current at the time of update, however the Company recognises that from time to time our suppliers may make changes to product specification without notifying the Company and in such circumstances the Company shall not be held responsible.
- All orders must be paid for in accordance with the instructions below unless specifically agreed by the Company and the customer in writing prior to the order being accepted by the Company.
- All prices quoted exclude VAT (Value Added Tax).
- All prices quoted exclude delivery; delivery charges shall be quoted upon request.
- The goods shall not be deemed to be the legal property of the customer until the Company has received cleared funds in full for the sale of the goods.
- Payment may be made using cash, bankers draft, debit card and most major credit cards.
Purchase of Spa Tubs
- A 25% deposit shall be required by the Company from the customer at the point of placing an order. This deposit is not refundable. Cancellation of orders will result in the forfeit of deposit.
- The balance of payment shall be required by the Company from the customer upon confirmation of a delivery date.
- The customer shall be wholly responsible for providing an appropriate power supply and base as advised by the Company at the point of placing the order.
- The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that suitable access is arranged prior to delivery and installation.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for problems arising from the unsuitability of property access, the base or the power supply.
- Problems arising from the unsuitability of property access, the base and or power supply may invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.
- Please refer to the Manufacturers Warranty conditions on this site or by specific request to the Company.
- All payments are to be made in the currency of Pounds Sterling.
- All prices are quoted for purchases within the UK only.
